I had the pleasure of staying at Palma Hotel recently and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service provided. Not only did the staff go above and beyond by helping me find a lost necklace, but they also took care of my ironing needs promptly and efficiently. The attention to detail in the room was impeccable, from the cozy sitting area to the spacious dressing area that made me feel right at home. The air conditioning was perfect, allowing me to adjust the room temperature to my liking, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The mini-bar was well stocked with a variety of beverages, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay. Palma Hotel surpassed all my expectations and I cannot recommend it highly enough for a truly exceptional experience.
